Get Involved!

Do you love working with middle and high school students ? You’ve come to the right place! The Real Talks School Program is committed to Hunt County area students by empowering them with accurate information and practical tools to help them make healthy decisions.

Advisory Council – We need a committee of parents, teachers, students and medical professionals to help us provide accurate and age-appropriate information. We especially need help with up-to-date medical information. (Estimated 2-10 hour per semester)

Volunteer Educators – We’re always looking for people who are interested in presenting the Real Essentials classroom curriculum in local high schools and middle schools. The training is intensive, but self-paced. We generally try to place our Volunteer Educators at a school near their work or home. You will be scheduled to present once or twice a semester, depending on your availability. This opportunity requires a flexible schedule during school hours.

Real Talks School presentation relies heavily on the generosity and service of its volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering with the Real Talk program, please complete the contact information below and we will contact you.
